Self Service Analytics

IHCI is unique in that it is an ACO combining two key organizations - Community Health and Deaconess Health. As an ACO they had a strong interest in showing both their clinical and claims data as close to real-time as possible using tools such as ADT and developing end-user tools such as PopAnalyzer.
This is a current 4-part focus including:
1) Preparing the data sources correctly and configuring PopAnalyzer to read them.
2) Build care flows that align with their unique care pathways.
3) Build and train the client on how to create high-interest populations such as predicted high-risk.
4) Integrate external tools such as the ACG engine.

Ambulatory Analytics: A focus on Access optimization.

Ambulatory Analytics is at the heart of clinical access outside of the hospital. It's knowing and having access to your primary care provider and associated physicians.

This project focuses primarily on patient access. It emphasizes how the schedule at an office exists to optimize its performance and access. It also focuses on staffing by predicting the busiest time of day and week so the office is staffed for appointments, calls and consults.

This is a 6 part focus including:
1) Schedule utilization and patient lead time.
2) Appointment reschedule volume and analysis.
3) Waitlist utilization and analysis.
4) Cycle time utilization and analysis.
5) Blocks and Slots utilization and analysis.
6) Provider Productivity Measures to close gaps.

Talent Acquisition - How to gain and retain high-level talent

In increasingly uncertain economic circumstances, a partnering organization wanted to increase its level of talent acquisition to effectively both incentivize and retain its talent pool.

To do so, I had to first understand and identify the gaps in talent acquisition and then create a framework around an improvement strategy.

This is a 9 part focus including:
1) Requisition Analysis
2) Talent Pipeline Analysis
3) Posting Analysis
4) Sourcing Analysis and strategy
5) Offer Analysis
6) Interview Analysis
7) Compliance strategies
8) Equity and Diversity Analysis
9) One large summary overview containing elements of each.

Data Virtualization

The goal of this project was to take data from various sources across the system and make them easily accessible and reportable to the client.
is was a 3-part focus including:

1) Mapping multiple sources together including Oracle SQL databases, MS SQL databases, Excel files, CSVs, and text files, and placing them into a data virtualization layer.
2) Creating an API access point (and virtual table) where end-users have in essence a one-stop-shop for all their data needs.
3) This project focus was on HR, supply chain, ACO, finance, and clinical Data.
